The City of Bristol (Land at 69Alma Vale Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2HR) Compulsory Purchase Order 2020-Noticeis hereby given that The City Council of Bristol has made “The City Council ofBristol (Land at 69 Alma Vale Road, Clifton, Bristol BS8 2HR) CompulsoryPurchase Order 2020”  under section 17 ofthe Housing Act 1985. It is about to submit this order to the Secretary ofState for Housing Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and ifconfirmed, the order will authorise The City Council of Bristol to purchasecompulsorily the land for the purpose of providing housing accommodation.

Any objection to the order mustbe made in writing to the Secretary of State for Housing Communities and LocalGovernment at National Planning Casework Unit, 5 St Phillips Place, ColmoreRow, Birmingham, B3 2PW before 3rd April 2020 and should state the title of theorder, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in theland.
